Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and R L Interactive Studios LTD concerning your access to and use of the Tappy Turd game and website. By creating an account or playing the game, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. In-Game Currency and Virtual Items

The game includes virtual currency ("Gold Coins") and virtual items ("Toilet Plungers", "Skins"). These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or withdrawn. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate virtual currency and virtual items at our sole discretion.

3. Fair Play and Leaderboards

Users must not use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience. Any user found manipulating their score or exploiting game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage on the public leaderboard will have their account permanently banned and all scores deleted without warning.

Prizes awarded through leaderboard giveaways are fulfilled at the sole discretion of R L Interactive Studios LTD. We reserve the right to withhold prizes if foul play or automated bot usage is suspected.

4. Competitions & Live Draws

R L Interactive Studios LTD runs various scheduled competitions. By participating, you agree to the following logic and criteria for each draw:

• Daily Draws: Triggered daily at 7:00 PM UK Time. The top 100 players on the global leaderboard at that exact time are entered. One winner is selected at random from these 100 entrants.
• Monthly Draws: Triggered at 9:00 PM UK Time on the final day of each month. The winner is the #1 ranked player on the global leaderboard at that exact moment.
• Monthly Grand Draws: Triggered immediately following the Monthly Draw. Entrants consist of any player who has won a Daily or Monthly competition previously. Once a player is entered into a Monthly Grand Draw, their previous wins are marked as "used" and cannot grant free entry into subsequent Grand Draws. Players must win a new Daily or Monthly draw to re-enter.
• Seasonal Draws: (Halloween: Oct 31, Christmas: Dec 15, Easter: Easter Sunday). Triggered at 9:00 PM UK Time. To be entered into a seasonal draw, a player must log in and play at least one round of Tappy Turd during the "Entry Window", which opens exactly 28 days prior to the draw and closes at 8:30 PM UK Time on the day of the draw. One winner is selected at random from the eligible entrants.

Prizes hold no alternative cash value unless explicitly stated. Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping information via the in-app claim form.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The game is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.
