Top 10 High Score Strategies for Tappy Turd Competitors

It is incredibly tempting to dive for a coin dropped by a Sewer Fly, but greed is the number one killer in Tappy Turd. If a coin falls near the edge of a pipe or in a precarious position, let it go. Your score increases automatically as you pass pillars. Consistent survival yields vastly higher scores than risky coin grabs.

Sewer Flies are unpredictable, but their spawn locations generally align with the gaps between pillars. As you approach a gap, fire a projectile blindly through it. Nine times out of ten, you will instantly kill a fly the millisecond it spawns, clearing your path safely.

Try to maintain a central vertical position on the screen whenever possible. If you fly too high, you won't have time to react to a low pillar. If you fly too low, you'll struggle to climb over a high pillar. The center of the screen offers the most flexibility for emergency maneuvers.

You are granted the option to watch a short ad to revive yourself once per run. Do not waste this on a run where you died at a score of 5. Save your revive for when you are deep into a run (score 50+) and accidentally make a small mistake. This is your lifeline to the top of the leaderboard.

Some of the legendary skins (like the massive Rainbow Turd or the complex Cyborg) look incredible, but their complex hitboxes and distracting visual effects can make it harder to judge tight gaps. When you are doing a serious high-score run, switch back to the default Tappy Turd or a smaller, simpler skin for maximum precision.
